unfriendly staff dead batteries
The reception staff was unfriendly. I asked repeatedly for the dirty bench in my room to be cleaned or replaced, but no one ever addressed it. There was also no remote control for the tv initially. After multiple attempts, i received one with dead batteries, so i missed the Bayern Munich game. it was REALLY annoying.

clean room comfortable beds convenient location
The U6 train access is close. I could reach it immediately. My Executive Double or Twin Room was big and clean. The beds were huge and VERY comfortable!!!
The breakfast room felt somewhat cramped.

spacious room comfortable bed convenient market
I thought the room felt spacious, a good sized desk was handy for working. The bed was comfy. The airport bus stop is a short walk away from the hotel.
The walk to my room was a bit long from the lifts.

The hotel restaurant has a menu that include international options, with many local beers and wines to select. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and staff replenished food frequently. Coffee machine was of lesser value.

The room included a modern design and a high quality bed. Rooms are kept well. A big television provided many entertainment options. The bathroom was provided with many towels and toiletries.

The location is near a metro station. This allowed quick and easy access to the city center. An airport shuttle stop is within walking distance. Some good restaurants were available nearby, including Bavarian and Italian.
